DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
When the project enters the construction or installation phase, we oversee the on-site execution of the design to ensure the vision is accurately translated into the built space. Regular site visits, coordination with contractors and suppliers, and problem-solving are all part of this service.

SOURCING, PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION
Acting as the client’s procurement agent, we manage the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). This includes coordinating with suppliers, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring all items arrive in good condition and are correctly installed. Our aim is to make this process seamless and stress-free for the client.
