The final deliverable is a detailed design document outlining all specifications, materials, and finishes required for implementation.

Once the project enters the construction or installation phase, we oversee the on-site execution of the design to ensure the vision is accurately translated into the built space. Regular site visits, coordination with contractors and suppliers, and problem-solving are all part of this service.

Acting as the client’s procurement agent, we manage the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). This includes coordinating with suppliers, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring all items arrive in good condition and are correctly installed. Our aim is to make this process seamless and stress-free for the client.

Turnkey service provides clients with a fully delivered project. This incorporates all the services above alongside any necessary items or accessories required to make the property fully functional and ready to use. In essence the Client receives a key with the home ready.
